The Cage-Ready Method

A fight-camp system. Not a workout plan.

Most fight camps train harder as the date gets closer. That's how athletes break down in week six and gas in round two. The Cage-Ready method is engineered backward from the bout — built on movement screening, HRV-based readiness, and sport-specific conditioning that adapts to the athlete in front of it.

  1. 01

    Movement screen & baseline

Every athlete enters the lab through a movement screen — mobility, structural balance, and injury history. The 38% reduction in camp injury rates didn't happen by accident; it happened because we find the weak links before sparring finds them.

  2. 02

    HRV-driven readiness

First MMA coach to publish sport-specific HRV tracking for amateurs. We don't guess who's ready to go hard today — we read the nervous system, then write the session around what the body can actually deliver.

  3. 03

    Block-periodized fight camp

Eight-to-twelve-week camps built in deliberate phases: accumulation, intensification, sharpening, peak. Volume goes up, intensity follows, and the athlete walks to the cage without a worn-out gas tank.

  4. 04

    Weight cut & fight-week protocol

Cut smart, recover fast, step on the scale with muscle still attached. A documented protocol that protects performance when other coaches gamble on it.

Inside the cage

What his athletes have done under bright lights.

Marketing copy is cheap. Bout sheets are not. Here's what the record actually shows.

  • UFC Performance of the Night bonuses earned under his watch.

Fighters prepared inside the Jardine system have walked out with four Performance of the Night bonuses — the kind of result that turns a regional name into a roster the UFC actually calls back.

  • 7

Ranked UFC roster members currently in active camps.

Seven fighters currently on UFC's official rankings have a Jardine-built camp in their corner — work that includes 2 former UFC champions and 11 Bellator tournament finalists in the alumni roll.

  • 60+

Gyms in 11 countries running the Jardine fight-camp system.

The same fight-camp architecture Keith built for his own athletes is now the operating system behind sixty-plus combat-sport academies — from regional MMA gyms to international striking schools.
